The higher SPF number is better?
 Of course, the higher SPF number means better protection, but the higher number means the more chemical substances which causes itching, allergy, dermatitis, and other skin trouble it contains. Therefore, you don't have to choose high numbered SPF products.
 SPF number means the length of time it can protect from UV light, and SPF 1 means 15min. protection and SPF 25 is 25 times more than 1 which is 375min(6hrs 15min). Also PA+ means OK protection of UVA, PA++ means good, PA+++ means excellent.
 Of course, A person who has hypersensitivity to UV light has to use high numbered SPF product, but normally 25-35 numbered SPF sunblock cream can protect about 95% of UV light. It's important that you have to consider your skin type and purpose of usage.
